K4000 Motorized Circular/Linear Blade Depanelizer
	The K4000 is a motorized linear blade depanelizer. The operator places the PCB score line onto the linear blade and steps on a foot pedal to move the circular blade across the board. Two operating modes and two speeds can be selected by switch on the front panel. Available with optional conveyor belt and with optional light safety beam across the front of the blade for additional operator safety.

K5000 Multiple Blade Depanelizer

The K5000 is a manual feed multiple blade depanelizer designed to singulate up to 10 score lines per panel in one pass. The PCB to be singulated is placed onto the edge belt input conveyor and drawn into the depanelizer section. Singulated boards are output into a tray or onto a conveyor belt.

The K5000 is available in three versions

1. Low cost version with singulated panels feeding directly into an output tray

2. With a straight output conveyer

3. Right angle output conveyor for convenient board feed and singulated panel removal.

Quick-change blade cartridges with up to 10 blade sets are available. For cutting side strips from panels, a universal quick adjust cartridge is also available. To set for different panel and strip widths takes about 10 minutes. Built in dust extraction channel provides for dust removal during operation. Dust extraction vacuum available separately

K6000 In Line Automated Depanelizer

The K6000 is a multiple blade circular blade depanelizer designed to automatically accept panels from your in-line conveyor or board feeder. Micrologix controller and SMEMA interface allow panels to be automatically accepted and passed through the depanelizing unit to be placed onto a flat belt output conveyor. Up to 10 blade sets can cut up to 10 score lines in one pass. Blade cartridges can be changed out for different production runs in less than 20 minutes. A universal 2 blade set cartridge is available for cutting the carrier strips from the pcb panel.
